Payment information

On receipt of your registration, we will send you an invoice which can be paid by bank transfer (details will be on the invoice). The organizer cannot accept credit cards. In all cases, pre-payment is required.

No refunds will be given after Monday, 7 September 2026. After this date, the registration fee is transferable but not refundable.
