YOUR TASKS

• As a contact person in our in-house technical customer service, you support our customers with inquiries and issues concerning our equipment. Together with the service coordinator or as their deputy, you coordinate our service team.
• At our customers’ sites worldwide, you carry out installations, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting – both electrically and mechanically, either independently or in collaboration with colleagues from our sister companies.
• You support process-related commissioning in cooperation with our process engineering department.
• Through your experience, you assist our customers and help optimize their production processes.
• You train customers as well as employees of our subsidiaries and agencies.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed training as a mechatronics technician, technical specialist, master craftsman, or a comparable technical qualification – motivated to master systems and production processes both electrically and mechanically
• Professional experience in the above-mentioned field is an advantage
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Your strengths: high self-motivation, communication skills, flexibility, customer orientation, and reliability
