Job description

The technician provides repair, installation, upgrade and training services in a timely and efficient manner for
machines at customers.

Main responsibilities

  • Communication, technical relations and customer interface
  • Machine automation (ELE), debugging and troubleshooting
  • Testing and validation of safety functions and machine performance
  • Technical and operational training for customers and colleagues
  • Coordination of customer and/or external personnel for assembly activities

Critical skills and personal characteristics

  • Good communication
  • Good knowledge of PLC Siemens, Tia Portal, Sinamics/Simotion drive system.
  • Basic knowledge of machine types/technologies
  • Problem solving and priority management
  • High level of independence and coordination ability to effectively pursue planning
  • Technical and management reporting capabilities of field activities
  • Interpersonal skills also in English
  • Fluent English, knowledge of other language welcome
  • Use of computer systems
  • Teamwork
